Policies
- Check-in is between 3 PM and 7 PM. Please call if you will be late. Check out is 11 AM.
- All rooms are single or double occupancy.
- We accept traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- Children may be allowed to stay at our discretion but prior arrangement must be made for adults travelling with children.
- This is a Non-smoking Inn. There is a covered outdoor seating area for our smoking guests.
- A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.
- Cancellations must be 14 days or more in advance. Gift certificates will be issued for cancellations after the 14-day cutoff.
- Whole Inn reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to reservation. No refunds if cancelled after that date.
- Phone calls taken between 7 AM and 8 PM central daylight savings time.
- Parking is available on the premises.
- Pets are allowed at our discretion. A one time non-refundable pet fee of $ 80 will be charged.
- Reservations by deposit or credit card only.
- Please make arrangements for late arrival.
- Taxes apply: Rates quoted do not include Oklahoma sales tax.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable
